On Friday 7th November 2014 the Institute of Hospitality London held their Aspiring Hospitality Manager Awards celebration at Wivenhoe House showcasing the Edge Hotel School Students as they ran this event. As Chair for the Institute of Hospitality London I was delighted to able to host this event to celebrate our up and coming hospitality managers.

The evening started off with a sparkling wine reception.

Which was followed by a three course dinner with wine and our Aspiring Manager Awards celebration. All of our guests also received a customised bottle of ale from Bespoke Breweries.

The Aspiring Manager awards are presented to up and coming mangers who have shown their commitment to their organisation, colleagues and customers through delivering outstanding service. This years winners were Nitin Pawar, Sous Chef from The Cavendish:

This year we also celebrated our first Student Award winner who is Sam Masters from City College Norwich:
