Boutique Hotelier Awards

The Boutique Hotelier Awards always falls on the 1st night of the Independent Hotel Show and this is when the Personal Service Stars are awarded for their achievements and outstanding service.

For the second year running, Star Quality Hospitality Consultancy sponsored the Customer Service Star of the Year Award and was delighted to present this award to Jean-Luc Bouchereau from Villa Magdala.

This year the standard of entries was very high with over 260 nominations from over 100 hotels. This was the first year an external judging panel was put in place to make the very tough decisions of who would be the deserving winners.

The standard of entries for General Manager of the Year was so high that there were 8 finalists for this category and for the first time a Highly Commended award was given out.
