Boutique Hotelier’s Personal Service Star Awards 2017
Last night the Boutique Hotelier’s Personal Service Star Awards 2017 were presented to an audience of hoteliers and their staff at the Hilton London Olympia. These awards celebrate the hard work and dedication of the staff that work within the boutique hotels throughout the country. These individuals have gone above and beyond to give their guests the best possible experience and to create lasting memories for them.
There are a total of 11 categories and Star Quality Hospitality are proud to be sponsoring the Customer Service Award for the third year.
The winners for 2017 are:

The Cavendish have now had two of their staff win two years in a row. Last year Jack McCarthy won Concierge of the Year and this year Praxeda won the Housekeeping Manager of the Year award.
Each year at this occasion the sponsors also give a gift to all that attend. For the last two years the attendees have received copies of my book Star Quality Hospitality and Star Quality Experience respectively. This year they were the recipients of their very own Starlight bear.
