Attending this year’s Independent Hotel Show was an absolute delight. Not only did it provide an incredible opportunity to connect with hoteliers and industry professionals, but it also gave me the chance to work alongside one of my trusted partners, Little Hotelier, who continues to champion small independent hotels by providing them with the tools they need to succeed.

One of the highlights of the event was hosting a book signing for the latest edition of Star Quality Hospitality – The Key to a Successful Hospitality Business. Engaging with passionate hoteliers eager to enhance their guest experiences and strengthen their business foundations was both exciting and inspiring. Many came to share their own experiences, ask questions, and gain insights from the book, which reaffirms my belief in the importance of personal touches and tailored solutions in the hospitality industry.
