This afternoon I was invited to Deptford Green School to attend their Careers Fair so I could promote the hospitality industry. I was contacted by them through the Inspiring The Future campaign.

I introduced them to the industry by looking at the 14 sectors of the hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism industry and we did a short quiz to give some facts about the industry. I then told them about my career in hospitality and explained how UKSP could help them to find the career path to suit them.

The pupils received the information well and afterwards I ran one to one sessions with those that were seriously considering hospitality as a career.
