Today I had the pleasure of running a Masterclass on The Key to a Successful Hospitality Business for the Edge Hotel School students. This is the third time that I have run a Masterclass with the students from this hotel school and it was wonderful to see so many of them:

The session was based around the model in my book “Star Quality Hospitality – The Key to a Successful Hospitality Business” which is an Amazon Best Seller for Kindle in Hospitality, Travel and Tourism and is also on their Reading List. I ran an interactive workshop basing the exercises around their experiences of working at Wivenhoe House, which is the hotel that the school is linked to and gives the students the experience they need to put their knowledge in to practice. This was followed by some in depth question and answers on the work I do as a Hospitality Consultant and the current trends in the hospitality industry. Whilst at the hotel school I was also interviewed about my book and my thoughts on employing students from the Edge Hotel School.

After the Masterclass it was great to be linked up with some of the students and I was delighted to have received this comment:
