Shampan Group completes WorldHost Principles of Supervising Customer Service Performance Course

I have been training the staff at the award winning Shampan Group the WorldHost Principles of Customer Service course. All their staff that have attended this training have passed the course.

As well as training their staff the basic principles I have also had the pleasure of training 16 of their staff from across their three restaurants, the WorldHost Principles of Supervising Customer Service Performance course. They are one of the first organisations to take part in this course which has just been launched. When asked what were some of the key things they have learnt on the course, they said:
