Last week I was delighted to be a Springboard Ambassador Guest Speaker, for the Springboard trainees. Their trainees are under 25 looking for employment in hospitality. The session was held online and I spoke to them about my career in hospitality giving them an insight into some of the opportunities the industry offers, and  my experiences from working in hotels and onboard cruise ships. I also explained to them about the necessary HOSPITALITY skills they would need to develop to have a successful career in the industry:

As an Ambassador I help Springboard to promote the hospitality industry and to inspire those wishing to have a fulfilling career within it. Springboard supports those under the age of 25 who are unemployed and looking to work in the hospitality, tourism and leisure industries. They provide free advice, training and skills courses.
