She has been involved with hotel openings, refurbishments, implementation of standards, and is an expert in People Management. She has worked for The Ritz, Radisson Edwardian Hotels, Hilton Group Plc, has spoken at conferences in the UK and the USA, and is a published author. Monica is widely respected in the hospitality industry and is currently the Vice Chairman for the Institute of Hospitality London Branch.
