This would include an initial assessment of your business and service delivery level derived from an overnight stay and / or meal at your property from which a detailed report will be written.

From this report and in discussion with you a tailored programme would then be put together to work on the areas of improvement, which could include:

Your Too Hot to Handle investment

Starting with your Star Quality Hotel Assessment, you will be  provided a detailed evaluation of your operations and procedures, recommendations for improvement, 3 x monthly support calls to guide your Star Quality Transformation and 12 x virtual Star Quality Hospitality courses.  The fee will be based on the size of your property.
