It has been a year since my latest book ‘Star Quality Talent – Inspiring Hospitality Careers’ was published on Amazon. The official launch was held last October at Cafe Spice Namaste with Celebrity Chef Cyrus Todiwala who also wrote a very passionate foreword for the book.

At the time of the launch I announced that a % of the book sales would be donated to Hospitality Action and also £1 would be donated for every review posted on Amazon.

I am delighted to announce that since the launch I have now donated £85 to Hospitality Action from book sales and reviews. Mark Lewis, Chief Executive of Hospitality Action says:
