I was delighted to be invited to speak at The Art of Hospitality Winter Conference in Chester on their panel discussing ‘Independent Hospitality’. Together with Prem Odedra-Jethwa (CEO-Biteluxe) and Steven Hesketh (The Hospitality Hero) we looked at the challenges for today’s independent operators, the use of tech and insider tips on how to ensure your property can stay ahead of the competition.

The conference was organised by The Hospitality Hero and brought together 100 delegates from hospitality businesses from Chester and the surrounding areas. Held at The Queen at Chester Hotel, delegates were also able to pick up a signed copy of my award wining book.
