Whilst we are still in lock down due to Covid-19, the hospitality industry is doing what it can to keep up morale during these unusual times. As other industries are eagerly waiting for the Government to announce how the country will be eased out of lock down, we know that the hospitality industry will be one of the last to open due to social distancing measures which are set to be in place a while longer.

This makes it ever more important for us to shout about how great our industry is. Via social media this is what has been happening with the #HospitalityProud initiative.  Having shared his video story of what makes him #HospitalityProud, I was nominated by Robert Richardson, General Manager of The Grand Hotel in Folkestone to share mine.

So I posted up my video story of what makes me #HospitalityProud and nominated three other esteemed hospitality colleagues to do likewise.
